What’s the difference between One-Time and Unlimited plans?
One-Time plans allow you to purchase a fixed number of wipes in advance and use them at your own pace. Unlimited plans give you unrestricted wipes for the subscription period (monthly or yearly).
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from One-Time to Unlimited or to a higher Unlimited tier at any time. The cost will be adjusted based on your remaining license value.
Are prices per device or per wipe?
One-Time plans are priced per wipe, while Unlimited plans are based on a subscription covering unlimited wipes for the selected period.
PAYMENT & BILLING
Do you offer monthly and yearly billing?
Unlimited plans are available with both monthly and yearly billing. One-Time licenses are a single payment and do not expire.
Which payment methods are supported?

BOOTABLE VS VM VERSION
Which version should I choose — Bootable or VM?
Bootable is best for wiping standalone devices or drives directly via USB or ISO. VM is designed for organizations running virtualized environments, allowing bulk erasure of multiple devices simultaneously from your own infrastructure.
Can I use both Bootable and VM under the same account?
Yes. You can combine both solutions, and all your certificates will be stored under one secure account.
